Voice Choice allows you to automatically set up which outgoing calls are made using your Google Voice number

Choose which outgoing calls will use Google Voice by adding groups, individual numbers, and patterns to your filter lists. All other calls will automatically be made without Google Voice

You can also set it up the opposite way – by choosing which outgoing calls will use your cell phone number, and all other calls will be made with Google Voice.

No problem, save those numbers/groups to your Direct Call filters and all other calls and texts will be made via Google Voice.
