By downloading, installing, enabling, or using Krill & Tell ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Extension.

Description of Service

Krill & Tell is an iOS Safari Extension that interacts locally with webpage content within your Safari browser. The Extension is available on iOS (via the Apple App Store).

Non-Affiliation and Third-Party Websites

Krill & Tell is an independent, unofficial extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any third-party website or service with which it interacts. All third-party product names, logos, and brands remain the property of their respective owners.

Because external websites are operated by third parties and may modify their structure, layout, or Document Object Model (DOM) at any time without notice, we do not guarantee that the Extension will remain compatible with or function uninterrupted on any third-party webpage.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
Use the Extension to disrupt or interfere with third-party websites or services
Use the Extension to infringe on the rights of others

Intellectual Property

The Extension and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Appsiom and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appsiom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Extension.

Platform-Specific Terms

Your use of the Extension is also subject to the terms of the platform through which you obtained it:

iOS users: Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement

In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the platform-specific terms, the platform-specific terms shall prevail for matters related to that platform.

Privacy

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes our privacy practices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
