- Organizational structure of your talks

When you use our AI-powered features to generate content variations:
- The text content of the specific section you wish to modify is sent to our cloud service
- This data is transmitted securely and is not stored on our servers after processing
- The AI service (Google Gemini) processes this text to generate variations

To Provide Core App Functionality:
- Store and organize your talks and sections locally on your device

To Enable Cloud Sync:
- Synchronize your talks across your devices using your personal cloud storage (iCloud for iOS, Google Drive for Android)
- Your content is stored in your own cloud storage account, not on our servers
To Provide AI Features:
- Generate shorter and longer variations of your content
- Process your text through our secure cloud proxy to the AI service
To Manage Subscriptions:
- Verify your subscription status to enable premium features

Data Storage and Security
Local Storage
Your talk content is primarily stored locally on your device using a secure local database (Room database on Android, equivalent on iOS). This data remains on your device unless you enable cloud sync.
Cloud Storage
When you enable sync:
- iOS Users: Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account using CloudKit
- Android Users: Your data is stored in your personal Google Drive account in the App Data folder
Important: We do not have access to your synced content. It is stored in your personal cloud storage account, protected by your Apple or Google account security.
Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:
- All data transmitted to and from our services uses encryption (TLS/SSL)
- Authentication uses industry-standard secure sign-in protocols (Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In)
- AI requests are routed through a secure cloud proxy that validates subscription status without storing your content

Children's Privacy
